Sandy & Peter (Perth Wedding Photography)
We had the privilege of photographing Sandy and Peter’s wedding a short while ago. Sandy and Peter own the beautiful winery called Chidlow’s Well. Sandy and her bridesmaids got ready at the Duxton hotel which is always a fabulous spot for wedding photography in Perth. I just love the black and White photograph of Sandy looking into the mirror. Sandy and Peter exchanged vows at Christchurch in Claremont before we headed to... [Read More...]
Emerald & Steven Wedding
Last month we had the privelege of photographying Emerald & Steven’ s wedding. We have held off posting any photographs as they had an extended honeymoon in Vietnam and we wanted to wait until they got back and got to see their photographs first. I know its probably said a lot but Emerald and Steven were absolute naturals in front of the camera. We swear they have been practicing their poses as they just simply feel into each others... Lisa & Mark’s Wedding Photos
Well that first picture pretty well sums it all up! We had a great time shooting Lisa and Mark’s wedding on Sunday, and it was also great to catch up with Michelle (& husband Jason), Lisa’s sister , as we photographed thier wedding 6 years ago. I just thought I would post a few photos here guys, though whether you will have time to see them whilst sun baking on Waikiki beach or riding the waves on the pipeline I don’t know.... Kim and Jason’s Wedding Photos
Kim and Jason’s wedding day was supposed to be a warm sunny day. Not! And am I ever glad. We started the day at the boys house, Jason has these really cool cuff links of the Bat Signal and best man Clint and I were vying for the best_really_bad_corny_worst jokes. Clint won Jason is about, oh, the bazillionth wedding that we have done in his extended family, having worked our way through most of his cousin’s (big hello to all... [Read More...]
Helga & Cosimo’s Wedding Photos
Helga And Cosimo’s wedding at St. Patrick’s continued a long tradition in Cosimo’s family going back I believe to Cosimo’s grandparents being married there, his family are long time residents of the Fremantle area. Helga on the on the other hand, hails from the Faroe Islands and can claim Viking heritage which I think is pretty cool! While they both live in London at the moment, Cosimo’s mum did an amazing job organizing... [Read More...]
Ros & Kurt Wedding Photographs
On a rather warm day in February Ros & Kurt were married at St Matthews followed by a reception at Chapel Farm in Middle Swan. Lots of natural bushland photos were the order for the day due to Kurt’s country background and photos down by the river saw some great photos of Kurt and his groomsmen. Ros’s sister was intent on getting closer to the local ducks and was not pleased at jokes about duck l’orange for dinner!! The... [Read More...]
Tara & Leon’s Wedding Photography
Perfect day, perfect couple, perfect house to photograph getting ready in, perfect…well, everything!! Tara & Leon’s wedding had Craig & I stumbling over ourselves in excitement at all the photo opportunities presented to us. From the moment we arrived at Tara’s bridesmaids home in Mosman Park, which was a stunning 1930′s Art Deco Heritage home, we simply kept the shutter button pressed. Tara was one of the most... Claudia & Ross Wedding
Claudia & Ross are just such wonderful warm people it was an absolute pleasure to photograph their wedding day. It was a wonderful day in Fremantle with the highlight going to the Yacht Club where we created some beautiful images and everyone had a lot of fun (complete with the flowergirl getting a ride around in a shopping trolley). I think Ross loved posing in front of all the huge yachts and is dreaming of the day he can have his own and... [Read More...]
Dejan & Marija Wedding
A few April showers didn’t dampen the wedding day spirit for Dejan & Marija. These proud Croatians had the flag flying high at their wedding and the celebrations reflected the spirit of their heritage. The looming storm clouds at the beach made for a stunning backdrop for wedding photos and when the umbrellas eventually had to come out this only created more wonderful opportunities. A quick footrace across the pedestrian bridge along... [Read More...]
Christy & Simon Wedding
Christy was questioning whether she would look good in her wedding photos…I think this first stunning image speaks for itself! Christy you looked amazing!! Your dress was gorgeous and with her 2 sisters as bridesmaids no wonder Dad found it hard not to cry. A beautiful elegant wedding in an Auntie’s garden was perfect for Christy & Simon. The fun really began by the time we got to the beach for photographs and both were up... [Read More...]
Liz & Jackson Wedding Photography
Liz & Jackson were up for anything when they booked us to do their wedding photography. This creative control paid off with some stunning shots or both of them. Not every bride wants to wander down a damp smelly alley on their wedding day but Liz just hitched her dress and off she went…the result was amazing as you’ll see below. We had such a blast at Liz & Jackson’s wedding with the BEST EVER final dance we have seen... [Read More...]
Natalie & Michael’s Wedding Photography
Some wedding days just work for photography and Natalie & Michael’s wedding day in May was just one of those days. Locations were great, bridal party was fun and weather was perfect (although a few clouds would have been nice). Natalie & Michael actually won a voucher for our services from the Hilton Wedding Expo last year. The day started out at the Hilton followed by the service at St Marys Star on the Sea in Cottesloe before... [Read More...]
Wedding Day Drama!
Well no ones likes drama on their wedding day, unless of course you both happen to actors and are married in a theater that is! Jo And Michael both thespians at heart were married at the Windmill Theater in south Perth. We then shot inside the theatre lobby and picked a few locations on King Street. Jo and Michael were great fun to work with and allowed me a lot of creative control. I have posted a few images below, but I am saving my favorites... [Read More...]
